1. IPX Corporation ("IPX Corporation" or the "Company") welcomes use of MINI STUDIO Contents ("Content(s)") by the users of MINI STUDIO ("User(s)"). However, the Users must utilize the Contents by adhering to the scope of usage and rules set by the Company and refrain from prohibited acts enumerated below.

2. If Users violate MINI STUDIO Contents Usage Guidelines ("Guidelines") or without a separate agreement with the Company, commercially use MINI STUDIO Contents, the Company may withdraw all rights granted to Users and find Users legally liable. Please note this provision regarding commercial use not only applies to corporation or group User but also applies to an individual User as long as his/her use has a motive for profit.

When using MINI STUDIO Contents, all Users must adhere to the following expectations. Should the Users violate any of the expectation, the Company may immediately withdraw all rights granted to the Users.

Copyright, trademark, trade dress, patent, and/or other intellectual property rights (including but not limited to the right to create derivative works) of MINI STUDIO Contents and all the materials produced by utilizing MINI STUDIO Contents (including but not limited to the derivative works) belong to the Company, and are protected by applicable law. The Company may use MINI STUDIO Contents and all the materials produced by utilizing MINI STUDIO Contents (including but not limited to the derivative works) without any restrictions to purpose, period and place.

When using MINI STUDIO Contents, Users shall not infringe any third-party's intellectual property (external character design) or trademark. Users shall be fully responsible for such third-party infringement.

1. Always be considerate of another User.
Express only words and actions that show respect to one another in order for Users to safely enjoy MINI STUDIO Contents.

2. Please refrain from sending or creating content (posts, words and actions, messages, items, broadcasts, etc.) that the other person does not want to receive.
Users must refrain from utilizing or sharing MINI STUDIO Contents in a way that may be offensive to others.

3. Act in accordance with the norms of our global community users.
MINI STUDIO is a service that is used all across the globe. The Company and Users shall strive to respect all kinds of cultures and norms.

4. Accept variety of opinions.
Every individual is entitled to his/her own opinion. Different opinions promote diversity, which in effect, positively expands variety of content available and enriches the world. User shall not blame, bully, or cause harm to another for expressing different opinion that himself/herself.

5. Be truthful. Deception or manipulation is strictly prohibited.

6. Only legal use of Services and Contents are permitted.
Users must not utilize Services or MINI STUDIO Contents to engage in illegal activity. Such activity may be reported to the law enforcement.

In order to encourage ethical use of MINI STUDIO Content based on trust, the following uses of MINI STUDIO Content are strictly prohibited. Users shall not engage in the following uses of MINI STUDIO Content to create and use derivative works.

Although the Company encourages creativity, the Company does not allow use MINI STUDIO Contents for violent and offensive content. The Company discourages use of MINI STUDIO Contents for unnecessarily shocking content or elements of discomfort, cruelty, violence, or harassment.

- Anti-human content
- Content that encourages, normalizes or glorifies extreme violence or pain
- Tragic and shocking current events such as extreme violence, suicide, cruelty, and massacre
- Content/product pertaining people:
  • Use of a weapon or dangerous object to damage the body
  • Related to death or horrible accident
  • Mutilated, damaged, burned or burnt corpse
  • Bloody content that highlights open wounds or injuries
  • Realistic portrayal of physical violence, fights and torture
  • Realistic description of feces, body fluids, or secretions
  • Physical and mental abuse
  • Extensively detailed description of medical procedure
- Content/product pertaining animals:
  • Slaughter or death by unnatural causes
  • Carcasses of amputated, damaged, burned or burnt animals
  • Cruel treatment of animals and bloody content
  • Physical and mental abuse

The Company does not allow use of MINI STUDIO Contents for content that depicts, encourages, normalizes, or glorifies dangerous behaviors that may lead to suicide, self-harm or disability. The Company also discourages content that portrays or encourages others to participate in dangerous activities that may result in serious injury or death.

If you are struggling with thoughts of suicide or self-harm or know someone who is struggling, please contact your local emergency services or suicide prevention organization or services immediately.

- Suicide
  • Content/product that encourages suicide, suicidal thoughts, or similar behavior
  • Content/product that instructs steps of committing suicide
  • Content/product that portrays, encourages, normalizes or glorifies suicide and attempted suicide
  • Games, challenges, promises or pranks related to suicide
  • Content/product that shows participation or intent to engage in behaviors that are likely to lead to suicide
  • Any form of content/product that portrays committing suicide as heroic or honorable
- Self-harm, Eating Disorders
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies self-harm or eating disorders
  • Content/product that instructs steps of committing self-harm and behaviors that may lead to eating disorders
  • Content/product that promotes or normalizes self-harm behaviors that are likely to cause bodily harm
  • Games, challenges, promises or pranks related to self-harm and eating disorders
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies eating disorders, extreme weight loss, and unhealthy behaviors
- Dangerous Acts
  • Content/product that depicts improper use of dangerous tools, cars or objects
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages eating non-edible or harmful objects
  • Games, challenges or stunts that are dangerous and can lead to injury
  • Where person executes without the proper training, necessary skills and safety measures and causes serious injury or death to the User or the public
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies dangerous behavior, including dangerous challenges

The Company does not support violence of any kind in relation to its Services. The Company does not support use of Services and MINI STUDIO Contents to promote threat or violence as well as promote dangerous person or group of people.

- Violence/Threat of Violence
  • Instigating actions that advocate, direct, or promote violence
  • Statement of intent to inflict bodily injury to a person or a group of people
  • Image or statement that advocates physical violence against others or promotes violence
  • Statement that describes a desire or condition related to advocating physical violence against others
  • Request to bring a weapon to a location with the intent to threaten or intimidate a person or group of people
  • Instruction on making or using weapons for purposes of advocating violence
- Dangerous Person/Group
  • Genocide, serial killers, rapists, hate groups, criminal organizations, terrorist organizations and other armed groups targeting civilians
  • Account information of dangerous person or group of people
  • Statement that encourages violence or hate, dehumanizes a person or group, and embraces hateful ideologies
  • Terrorists and terrorist organizations: non-state actors who use violence, threaten and/or commit serious crimes (such as anti-humanitarian crimes) against civilians in order to achieve political, religious, ethnic or ideological goals
  • Criminal organizations: violent crimes (e.g. murder, rape, robbery, violence), trafficking (e.g. trafficking humans, organs, drugs and weapons), kidnapping, financial/white-collar crimes (e.g. blackmail, extortion, fraud, money laundering) or cyber crimes
  • Content that compliments, encourages, recruits, glorifies or supports dangerous person or group of people
  • Content that includes names, symbols, logos, flags, slogans, uniforms, gestures, salutes, drawings, portraits, songs, music, lyrics, or other objects that represent dangerous person and/or group of people

The Company does not allow use MINI STUDIO Contents in content/product that promotes acts of discrimination.

- Race, ethnicity
- Nationality, country of origin, and cultural background
- Language
- Religion
- Caste, socioeconomic status, occupation
- Sexual orientation, sex
- Gender, gender identity
- Physical and mental illness and disability
- Immigrant status
- Political orientation

- Content/product that uses or includes discriminatory remarks
- Content/product that portrays offensive acts towards protected individuals or groups enumerated above
- Hateful content/product that targets protected individuals or groups, more specifically, content/product that:
  • Calls them physically, mentally or morally inferior
  • Equates to hate speeches, attacks, and threats
  • Requests or justifies violence against them
  • Claiming them to be criminals
  • Dehumanizes them by referring to them as animals, inanimate objects, or other subhuman beings
  • Facilitates or justifies their exclusion, separation or discrimination against them
- Content/product that depicts perpetrating violence against the protected individuals or groups
- Content/product that compliments, promotes, glorifies, or supports hateful ideologies
- Content/product that includes costumes, names, symbols, logos, flags, slogans, uniforms, gestures, salutes, drawings, portraits, songs, music, lyrics, or other objects related to hateful ideologies
- Content/product that denies past violent incidents committed against the protected class
- Content/product that claims superiority of a specific group by comparing it to the protected class
- Content/product that deals with conspiracy theories used to justify hateful ideologies

The laws/regulations and social policies that apply in most countries are also part of the Guidelines. If the activity or item is illegal or regulated in most countries and regions, the relevant content/product may be removed even if the activity or item is legal in the jurisdiction where the MINI STUDIO Contents were initially displayed. Criminal activity is prohibited.

- Criminal Activities
  • Wide array of activities that are punishable by law such as theft, assault, human exploitation, counterfeiting and other harmful behaviors
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages bodily harm, such as violence or kidnapping
  • Content/product that threatens the safety of others, such as false reporting (swatting)
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages human exploitation, including human trafficking, forced labor as collateral (i.e. forced labor to pay debts), domestic slavery, or prostitution
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages poaching or trading illegal wildlife
  • Content/product that proposes or requests the purchase, sale, or transaction of illegally acquired or counterfeit items
  • Content/product that instructs how to commit criminal activity
  • Content/product that poses direct and serious risk to public safety because it tolerates or promotes crime by glorifying or supporting a crime, criminal or criminal organization, etc.
  • Transaction, sale, promotion and use of certain regulated goods, including the depiction, facilitation or promotion of criminal activity, including human exploitation.
  • Various hacking, phishing, arson, abuse, cheating, spam, deception, fraud
- Weapons
  • Content/product that shows firearms, firearm accessories, ammunition or explosive weapons
  • Content/product that offers or requests the purchase, sale, or trade of firearms, accessories, ammunition, explosive weapons, or their recipes
  • Content/product that encourages the use of weapons
  • Weapons-related content that is either part of the museum's collection or created in a safe and controlled environment, such as weapons in the possession of police officers, military parades, or shooting ranges, may be allowed in part.
- Drugs, Controlled Substances, Alcohol
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages drugs and consumption of drugs as well as encourages others to make, use, or trade drugs or other controlled substances
  • Content/product that offers or requests purchase, sale, or trade of drugs and other controlled substances, alcohol or tobacco (including e-cigarette products) products
  • Content/product that provides information on how to purchase illegal or regulated drugs
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages the manufacture of illegal alcohol products
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages misuse/repurposing of legal drugs or manual preparation of drugs for ingestion purposes
  • Illegal over-the-counter drugs or prescription drugs
  • Use or sale of drugs, alcohol or tobacco by minors
- Gambling
  • Content/product that promotes casino, sports-betting, poker, lottery, gambling-related software and apps or other gambling services
- Medical Advertising
  • Content that has pre-censorship items (only those that is exempted from censorship and/or any applicable laws and regulation can be displayed)

Use of MINI STUDIO Contents for the purposes of harassing, insulting, and bullying is not allowed. Such content and actions may cause serious psychological distress. Please show and act with respect and care towards others at all times, wherever you are.

- Abusive Behaviors and Bullying
  • Profanity against yourself or related person
  • Content/product that insults or shames others on the basis of intelligence, appearance, personality, or hygiene
  • Act of harassing or bullying a person as a group
  • Content/product that disparages victims of violent tragedy
  • Deliberate damage or intimidation, such as cyber stalking or trolling
  • Content/product that desires serious damage, such as the death or illness of a specific person or public figure
- Sexual Harassment
  • Content/product that pretends to engage in sexual activity with other Users through speech or text (including emoji), photos, videos, and features on the app
  • Content/product that shames the sexual behavior of others
  • Content/product that depicts or suggests participation in sexual acts by altering or transforming the image of others
  • Content/product that discloses or threatens to disclose another person's private sex life, including digital content, sex life history, and the names of past sex partners
  • Content/product that exposes or threatens to expose another person's sexual orientation without consent or without that person's knowledge
- Hacking, doxxing and threats of intimidation
  • Content/product that threatens to disclose personal or personally identifiable information (PII), including home addresses, undisclosed email addresses, private phone numbers, bank statements, social security numbers, or passport numbers
  • Content/product that threatens to hack or extort another person's account
  • Content/product that incites or encourages others to hack or disclose another person's account, personal information, or personally identifiable information (PII)
  • Content/product that discloses another person's account, personal information, or personally identifiable information (PII) so that others may misuse, troll, or harass

Please do not use MINI STUDIO Contents for purposes of sexual depictions or nonconsensual sexual images. Use of MINI STUDIO Contents for purposes of depicting or supporting sexual exploitation is strictly prohibited. Use of MINI STUDIO Contents for purposes of depicting nudity or sexuality in a form of digital content or manipulated avatars is strictly prohibited.

- Sexual Exploitation
  • Exploitation or attempt to exploit a person's own credibility, position, or weaknesses of others for sex-related purposes
  • Act of gaining an economic, social or political advantage through sexual exploitation of another person
  • Content/product that depicts, requests/suggests, promotes, normalizes or glorifies sexual activity or contact without consent, including rape and sexual violence
  • Content/product that depicts, requests/suggests, encourages, normalizes, or glorifies the sharing of sexual images taken without consent, including those images photographed, produced, or shared without consent
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies sexual violence
  • Suggestions, requests, or products for sex partners, sex-related chats or images, sex-related services, premium sex-related content, or sex cams (a service that shows another person having sex in real-time)
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages or glorifies sexual requests/suggestions
- Exposure to Nudity and Sexual Activity
  • Content/product that depicts sexual activity, either explicitly or implicitly, including sexual intercourse and sexual kissing
  • Content/product that depicts sexual arousal or sexual stimulation
  • Content/product that depicts sexual fetish
  • Content/product that depicts exposed human genitals and other sex-related bodily areas
  • Content/product that contains sexually explicit language for sexual satisfaction
  • Misleadingly sexual or sexual thumbnails or other images, videos, texts or products

False information such as spam or fake interactions or impersonation may harm others or violate their intellectual property rights. Use of MINI STUDIO Contents for such purposes is strongly prohibited.

- Fake Interaction
  • Attempt to manipulate platforms to increase interaction numbers
  • Sharing methods on how to artificially increase the number of interactions
  • Any act of purchasing or attempt to purchase platform activities such as accounts, views, likes, followers, shares or comments
  • Promote artificial traffic generation services
  • Multiple pseudonym or false accounts for purposes of commercial spam distribution
  • Impersonation of another person or group of people by using the name, history information, or profile picture of another person or group of people for purposes of deceiving others
- Fraud
  • Content and actions that illegally deceive people for economic or personal gain
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages phishing
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages Ponzi scheme, multi-level marketing or pyramid scheme
  • Content/product that depicts or encourages investment fraud, match manipulation, or any other type of fraud that promises high returns
- False Information
  • False information that promotes hate or prejudice
  • False information about an emergency that causes confusion
  • Incorrect medical information that may harm physical health
  • Content/product that misleads community members about the election or civic engagement process
  • Content/product that contains conspiracy theory attacking specific protected class, calling for violent behavior, or denying violent or tragic events that have occurred in the past
  • Digital counterfeit (media synthesis or manipulation) content/product that misleads Users by distorting the truth about the incident or harms the subject of the video, another person or society as a whole

In order to create a safe and prosperous community, we must prioritize the safety of the minors. Abuse, exploitation, or endangerment or abuse of minors is never tolerated.

Users are strictly prohibited from sharing or using, both online/offline, MINI STUDIO Contents for content that depicts abuse, exploitation, or nudity of minors, including digitally created or manipulated avatar content. Such use of MINI STUDIO Content and sharing of the described content will be reported, if necessary, to the relevant law enforcement authorities.

- Sexual Exploitation of Minors
  • Offers to share, reshare, trade, or sell child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Content/product that lures Users outside the platform to obtain or distribute CSAM
  • Content/product that is sexually related to minors, or that sexualizes minors in other ways
  • Content/product that exposes nudity of minors, sexualizes minors, or glorifies or encourages such behaviors towards minors
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies pedophilia or sexual violence against minors
  • Content/product that may cause repeated harm to a minor victim of abuse by allowing third-party to reproduce or share circumstances of prior sexual violence or confession
  • Sexual exchange and approach between adults and minors or minors with a large age difference
  • Comments, emojis, texts, or other content/product that alludes to the nudity or sexual activity of a minor
- Grooming
  • Approach for grooming
  • Content/product that depicts, encourages, normalizes or glorifies grooming behavior
  • Content and actions that request or suggest sexual contact between minors and adults or minors with a large age difference in the real world
  • Content and actions that show, suggest or request nude images of minors
  • All content, product and behaviors that request/suggest nude images or sexual contact through intimidation or other coercive or persuasive means
- Content and Services Harmful to Minors
  • Content/product that suggests, depicts, imitates or encourages the possession or consumption of alcoholic beverages, cigarettes and drugs by minors
  • Content/product that targets minors and instructs them how to buy, sell, or trade alcohol, tobacco, or controlled substances
  • Activities that threaten the safety of youth, including physical challenges, challenges and stunts

All Users of MINI STUDIO must respect intellectual property rights of others. Users may not utilize MINI STUDIO Contents in ways that infringe upon others' intellectual property rights. Please note that rights of others are equally important as that of your own and respect their rights, including their honor, privacy, and copyright. Content that expresses personal experiences and opinions may still be restricted if determined by court's judgments or decisions or by other administrative agencies' dispositions or orders to be infringing on another person's honor, privacy, copyright, and other rights.

- Content/product that violates or infringes on the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others
- Use of copyrighted content such as music, image, video, etc. without the permission of the copyright owner in association with use of MINI STUDIO Contents
- Act of stealing and distributing others' posts without the permission of the original creator
- Use of MINI STUDIO Contents in videos that include broadcasters' logos that did not allow sharing of their programs
- Content/product that recommends illegal copying of clothing, accessories, images, broadcasts, videos, sound sources, cartoons (including webtoons), novels (including web novels), games, and software that are sold for profit, or provides an illegal downloading link
- Use of MINI STUDIO Contents in post that shares bugs or hacking programs that neutralize the technical protection measures of the rights holder

The sole purpose of the Guidelines is to provide basic precautions for Users and allow seamless use of MINI STUDIO Contents. Guidelines may be revised, and depending on certain cases, separate policies may be applied.

The Guidelines shall apply from 28th of July 2023.
